Wata malama mai shekaru 19, Aramide Akintimehin, ta bayyana matakan dake hana 'yan makarantar su kammala karatun su.

A matsayin malama a Nijeriya, na ga yadda 'yan makaranta ke gwagwarmaya don zuwa makaranta - kuma na ga yadda tsarin iliminmu ya kasa su. 

Ina koyar da ilimin lissafi, Turanci da kimiyya na gired na 2 a Ota, wata babbar kauye wanda ke cike da masu karamin karfi a kudu maso yammacin Nijeriya. Ɗalibai na sun fara daga shekaru 6 zuwa 13 – wasunsu basu samu shiga makaranta da wuri ba saboda iyayensu ba basu da karfin biyan iliminsu sai yanzu. Sau da yawa dalibai na sukan hau tituna yin talla bayan makaranta don taimakawa wajen tallafa littattafansu na rubuta, litattafai na karatu da kudin makaranta. Yawancinsu basa iya cin abinci sau uku a rana guda. Wadannan kalubalen sukan kara yawan fashin makaranta da kuma dakatarwa baki daya. 

A matsayin malama, ina kokarin in sauya al’amarun na dalibai na. Wani lokaci na kan hada kuɗi daga ‘yan’uwa da abokai don ya cika kudin makarantar dalibai na don sayen littafen rubutunsu na aji. Ina amfani da fasaha wajen jan hankalin dalibai na da kuma koya masu lissafin na zamani saboda suma a dama da su a cikin duniyar yanzu na zamani Ina koya musu basirar da ke da daraja a cikin wannan zamanin kasuwar aikin na karnin 21 - kamar kwarewa kerawa, kwarawar magana a cikin jama'a, tunani don kawo sauyi da kyakkyawan dabi'u - ta hanyar wasa kwakwalwa, kacinci-kacinci, zane-zane, gabatarwa da aikin rukuni. Tsarin yana kamar da masana'anta da ke samar da kayan aiki wanda ba a ƙare ba. Yana samar da mutane da suka san manufofin amma ba za su iya amfani da su ba. Wannan shi ne saboda akwai matukar girmamawa akan gwajin da aka ƙayyade amma ba yadda za a yi amfani da ilimin ba. Yawancin daliban da suka kamala kwaleji da jami'o'i sun kasance suna zuwa ƙarin horo bayan digirinsu kafin su sami ikon fara aiki. Kwakwaran Ilimi nagari ya kamata ya samar da dalibai masu digiri wanda suke a shirye don kasuwar aiki, suna da damar magance matsaloli da kuma kara darajar ga al'ummarsu.

Muna buƙatar malaman horarwa a Nijeriya - kawai kashi biyu cikin uku na malamai ke da ƙalilan cancanta. Babban sakamakon wannan batun shi ne rashin karancin malaman Nijeriya a takaice. Kasar ta na bukatar malamai fiye da 400,000 na firamare tsakanin 2012 da 2030 don ya kai ga bukatar kuma ba a yi ma la'akari da bukatun makarantun sakandare. 

Don gyara tsarin ilimin na Nijeriya, gwamnati na bukatar zuba jarurruka a karin malaman da kuma karin hororwa ga duk malamai baki daya. Dole ne a tabbatar da an kara daga ma'auni na takardun malamai don ya kasance malamai sun fi dacewa su dauki kalubale na jagorantar aji. Koyarwa da basirar karni na 21 yana kuma da mahimmanci wajen shirya yara don su zama a shirye su dama hanu wajen kasuwar aiki. Idan ba mu ilmantar da yara ba tare da basira da suke bukata don cimma burinsu, zamu rasa darajar da za su iya karawa a tattalin arzikinmu a nan gaba. 

Ya kamata gwamnati ta kuma tabbatar da cewa makarantu sun kasance na kyautan gaske wa dalibai – da kuma cewa babu wasu karin kudadden makaranta na boye ga iyalai. Bai kamata lalle sai yara sun hau tituna suna talla domin su biya iliminsu. Nijeriya na buƙatar fadada dokar Kalilan Ilimi na Duniya wato Universal Basic Education (UBE) Act ta hanyar makarantar sakandare don saboda dalibai su fi dacewa a kan sana’ar ra’ayinsu. 

Kowace rana, ina mamakin ƙwarewan ɗalibai na. Na san cewa idan har a ka ba su damar zuwa shekaru 12 na nagartacaccen ilimi na kyauta, za su kasance su zama abun mamaki a nan gaba. Su ne shugabannin gobe – kamata yayi mu ba su kayan aikin da suke bukata don su bunƙasa.
