“In addition to spending a lot of time on Instagram, my favorite way to spend my free time is as simple as practicing yoga and reading. I am very fortunate to have at my fingertips inspiring books such as 'Becoming,' 'Persepolis,' 'An Education' and others, which really nurture my spirit as an ambitious student, future educator and feminist. I have a lot of topics of debate with my family and friends about these topics.”

“Reading and writing because it allows my imagination to soar high with absolutely no boundaries. I feel free and relaxed when I convert my thoughts into words through poetry.”

“I love to go for a walk with my dog, it’s just a beautiful way to connect with myself, without any distractions (like the phone or TV). It’s just me, nature and my dog, Cooper. And also taking pictures! I love to do it, it’s a gorgeous way to express myself and it helps me to relax when I’m having a hard time.”
